A brief absence/ Our impoverished Intellectual.
The last blog entry was three days ago. My apologies to readers and myself. I did promise myself to have materials to upload every day, but three days ago I had to focus my energy on a once in a lifetime event – the passing on (I use this term as I believe it is not a final end) of our colleague Ferdie Pasion’s mother.
I had to be there to assist, primarily by being the family driver, Ferdie during the late night wrapping up of hospital end of the business of dying – hospital bills paid and papers signed, ferrying the family and their few conveniences such as hot water bottle, blankets, electric fan home from the hospital. By that time Ferdie the carless humble government employee probably didn’t have enough for taxi fare anymore and I sensed that mixed up with the palpable grief the family was going through.
Upon reaching home Ferdie asked me to drive the car up the very narrow lane named Leyte that could only exactly fit one vehicle. Ferdie’s ailing younger sister was so weakened that a tremble developed for a while on her right hand and Ferdie worried that she couldn’t walk far. Getting to the gate of the row of apartments Ferdie insisted for me to join them for a while at home. It was then I saw the appalling living condition of even such a well-educated family and remembered why we should relentlessly pursue social revolution.
The funeral parlour that Ferdie Pasion finally found for her mother the next day, with the help of San Juan City’s assistance, was St. Mark’s. It is at 2nd West Crame, alley 2 or 3. One wouldn’t imagine there is such a place within the thick, seemingly “squatter” area. I surmise that it’s a funeral parlour for many of the cases that the police of Camp Crame encounters. Exhausted from Saturday night it took me another day, Monday, before I could visit. Tuesday night was the final mass and Wednesday afternoon the mother was buried atop her late husband at the San Juan cemetery.
Friday afternoon Ferdie Pasion will be joining me on my GNN TV show taping to discuss five politicians’ blessings for Poe’s illegal senatorial seat and her candidacy for the presidency that the three Supreme Court justices sitting on the Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) unanimously and flatly rejected. Nothing will stop our genuine intellectual from presenting the truth to our people. And as my son, who’ll be taking up law next year, his La Salle philosophy co-graduate now taking law are frowning upon the decision.
Clearly, the Constitution and the Rule of Law has been trampled upon by the dirty shoes of the politicians. This is to include the sixth politician in the SET who voted against Poe who should have abstained – Nancy Binay. As I described the SET decision, it was as gathering of hyenas or chimpanzee that decided on the interpretation of issue of “natural born citizenship” and the human beings in this society will see through the mainstream media propaganda justifying it – like the Inquirer highlighting Bam Aquino’s blatant disregard of the words of the Constitution on the “natural born citizen”.
But now let’s move on to the other issues:
“Je ne suis pas Paris, Je suis Beirut”
Our friend Tina Ebro is circulating an article by Walden Bello “We are all Parisians. We are all Migrants. We are all refugees.” Although in a subscript he adds that the concern of the statement includes Beirut, the fact that this is de-emphasized reflects a bias for the West that the history of Bello reflects.
We reference Bello’s past anti-Gaddafi position as one of the dots that we have connected, as well as his anti-China position which is clearly in support of U.S. hegemony and its “Asia Pivot”. It is especially vital of expose the likes of Bello as it is noe of the personalities that the fraudulent patriots use to present themselves as genuine.
Bellos is also one of those that back “humanitarian imperialism” of the West that justify attacks on Third World countries that the U.S. and the West accuse of “human rights violations” such as against Saddam Hussein, Muamar Gaddafi and today President Bashar al-Assad to justify wars against rising secular states that stand up to U.S. and Western hegemony.
The Paris Attack is a “false flag”.
It is not easy to discern a “false flag” operation for people who accept terror incidents at face value and not explore what the mainstream media does not include or what they deliberate exclude from the reportage.
It makes understanding false flag incidents even more difficult to discern when “suicide bombers” and “suicide terrorists” are willing die for the cause they believe they are fighting for. “How can they be ‘false flag’ when they are so sincere enough to be willing to die for their belief?” in essence is the reaction of most people.
Such belief can be valid for “one wolf” suicide actors like the many Palestinians attacking Israeli soldiers with a knife of using their cars to run down Israelis knowing full well they’ll be killed. But for the complex operation that involve international networks, traveling in and out of countries, coordinating with numerous individuals, obtaining arms and explosives, the complexity of such operations lend themselves to the manipulation of State operators that can supply those requirements incognito.
False Flag motivations.
What could be a motivation for the Paris Attack that we have witnessed? False flag events are always intended to infect the mass population with an overwhelming emotion reaction and directed to some political objective. Hitler’s 1933 Reichstag Fire was deigned to force President Hindenburg to declare emergency powers for Hitler as Chancellor of Germany, U.S. President Johnson’s Gulf of Tonkin incident was to justify bombing of North Vietnam, the 9/11 World Trade Towers attack allowed Bush Jr. to start the “War on Terror” that is still expanding today.
In the Philippines, that well known false flag operation was the “assassination attempt” in 1971 on then Defense Secretary Juan Ponce Enrile which he later admitted as planned as a justification for Martial Law, but only later in his auto-biography he retracts and issues a dubious interpretation of that event.
The socio-economic-political context that Europe and France is in when the Paris Attack happened should be taken into consideration. Europe is a vassal-region under the domination of the U.S. even today. There is more than ample evidence of this if closely studied. Of course this is not a new idea. Religious values that have evolved since ancient times have generally all advocated this in its various concepts of justice.
The more modern social ideologies universally advocate this. Even the ideology of individualistic capitalism believe its system is the best to fulfil this, and of course its anti-thesis called socialism and its variant communism believe only its own system based on forms collective ownership of tools and factors of production.

Payback for centuries of colonialism and “The War on former colonies”.
The news electrifying the World at this very moment is the on-going simultaneous attacks at at least a dozen points in Paris that reports and Internet rumours now being texted to us say have killed from at least 120 people as BBC reports to an SMS message to me from an ambassador of a Middle Eastern country stating that the casualties have now reached over 250.
Reports from the international news agencies are focusing the Bataclan concert hall which informs readers of numerous deaths at that hall that can seat 1,500. The other places marked on a map shown in a BBC report names the other places: Stade de France, Belle Equipe bar, Petit Cambodge restaurant, Le Carillon bar, La Casa Nostra.
One indication that may point to the motives is the comment barked by one of the assailants at the Bataclan concert hall to the victims, “It’s Hollande’s fault, he shouldn’t have intervened in Syria”. But one has to be careful jumping to conclusions pointing the finger at any one of the following “logical suspect” because that logic itself may be the hidden agenda of the dastardly incident.
Reviewing the statement shouted at the victims one may be immediately tempted to conclude: a) it’s ISIS; b) its Syrian President Assad’s loyalists; 3) it’s some other terror groups; it’s all of the above. The ISIS did warn months before, especially during the Charie Hebdo aftermath that they’d wage a terror campaign in France in particular and Europe in general. But for “intervening in Syria” one can suspects that it may be a revenge from Assad’s forces.
Before making any conclusion please read article below that advices one and all to consider the possibility that this was done by those who want to justify intensification of attacks on Assad and imposition of a “no fly zone” (ala Libya) against Assad (and therefore against the Russians, Iranians, Hezbollah now helping Assad) and even bombing runs against Assad’s forces.
But whatever we will find in the next few days behind this latest world-shocking World atrocity I believe it is justifiable to believe that all these is payback for the centuries of the violence of European and American colonial and imperialist mass violence against Third World nations which became resurgent after the 2001 “false flag” attack on 9/11 on the World Trade Towers which the U.S. war-mongering elite factions used to launched a resurgence of imperialist attacks on them under the guise of the “War on Terror”.
This has to be tied to the million-strong surge of refugees and migrants from the Third World nations’ victims of the “War on Terror” now swamping Europe from Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen which have all been pushed to destruction by U.S.-Nato attacks the past decade and a half. At the same time this can be seen as payback for continuing sycophancy to U.S.-Nato domination of European policy even when it is clearly undermining European long term social cohesion and stability.
It may be too late for Europe to see that they should never have accepted to join any of the U.S. led “anti-terror” campaigns destroying the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries and instead took its own direction of “prospering their neighbours in MENA. Now the impoverished, hopeless neighbours destroyed by the U.S.-Nato wars are pouring into Europe – including certainly thousands of families who have lost loved ones back home and harbouring hatreds waiting to erupt.
The U.S. war faction spread the disease of internecine hatred and fanatical factionalism all over the World’s neighbourhoods, especially on the Eurasian continent where every country and religion is interconnected. The U.S. however is insulated from all that by the two moats around the U.S. of A., the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. They’re behind the chaos around the World believing they are insulated after all.
Only the countries and nations of the Eurasian continent understand that the entire neighbourhood most prosper and be safe and secure for any one country or nation to be secure, peaceful and enjoy uninterrupted harmony. This is why now it is becoming clear that Russia, China, India, and across the seas Brazil and South Africa. The BRICS alliance msut fix this World that the U.S. and Nato has been wrecking. The “one Belt, One Road” that will push trade-trade instead of the war-war of the West must triumph to establish the Global Age of Harmony and Prosperity.
The First Question to Ask After Any Terror Attack: Was It a False Flag?

Presidents, Prime Ministers, Congressmen, Generals, Spooks, Soldiers and Police ADMIT to False Flag Terror
November 14, 2015 "Information Clearing House" - "WashingtonsBlog"- - In the following instances, officials in the government which carried out the attack (or seriously proposed an attack)admit to it, either orally, in writing, or through photographs or videos:
(1) Japanese troops set off a small explosion on a train track in 1931, and falsely blamed it on China in order to justify an invasion of Manchuria. This is known as the “Mukden Incident” or the “Manchurian Incident”. The Tokyo International Military Tribunal found: “Several of the participators in the plan, including Hashimoto [a high-ranking Japanese army officer], have on various occasions admitted their part in the plot and have stated that the object of the ‘Incident’ was to afford an excuse for the occupation of Manchuria by the Kwantung Army ….” And see this.
(2) A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland.
(3) Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building in 1933, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson.
(4) Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 – while blaming the attack on Finland – as a basis for launching the “Winter War” against Finland. Russian president Boris Yeltsin agreed that Russia had been the aggressor in the Winter War.
(5) The Russian Parliament, current Russian president Putin and former Soviet leader Gorbachev all admit that Soviet leader Joseph Stalin ordered his secret police to execute 22,000 Polish army officers and civilians in 1940, and then falsely blamed it on the Nazis.
(6) The British government admits that – between 1946 and 1948 – it bombed 5 ships carrying Jews attempting to flee the Holocaust to seek safety in Palestine, set up a fake group called “Defenders of Arab Palestine”, and then had the psuedo-group falsely claim responsibility for the bombings (and see this, this and this).
(7) Israel admits that in 1954, an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind “evidence” implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this).
(8) The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950′s to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister.
(9) The Turkish Prime Minister admitted that the Turkish government carried out the 1955 bombing on a Turkish consulate in Greece – also damaging the nearby birthplace of the founder of modern Turkey – and blamed it on Greece, for the purpose of inciting and justifying anti-Greek violence.
(10) The British Prime Minister admitted to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change.
(11) The former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the former head of Italian counterintelligence admit that NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people’s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism. As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated: “You had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security” (and see this) (Italy and other European countries subject to the terror campaign had joined NATO before the bombings occurred). And watch this BBC special. They also allegedly carried out terror attacks in France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the UK, and other countries.
False flag attacks carried out pursuant to this program include – by way of example only:
(13) Official State Department documents show that, in 1961, the head of the Joint Chiefs and other high-level officials discussed blowing up a consulate in the Dominican Republic in order to justify an invasion of that country. The plans were not carried out, but they were all discussed as serious proposals.
(14) As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in 1962, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. (15) In 1963, the U.S. Department of Defense wrote a paper promoting attacks on nations within the Organization of American States – such as Trinidad-Tobago or Jamaica – and then falsely blaming them on Cuba.
(16) The U.S. Department of Defense even suggested covertly paying a person in the Castro government to attack the United States: “The only area remaining for consideration then would be to bribe one of Castro’s subordinate commanders to initiate an attack on Guantanamo.”
(17) The NSA admits that it lied about what really happened in the Gulf of Tonkin incident in 1964 … manipulating data to make it look like North Vietnamese boats fired on a U.S. ship so as to create a false justification for the Vietnam war.
(18) A U.S. Congressional committee admitted that – as part of its “Cointelpro” campaign – the FBI had used many provocateurs in the 1950s through 1970s to carry out violent acts and falsely blame them on political activists.
(19) A top Turkish general admitted that Turkish forces burned down a mosque on Cyprus in the 1970s and blamed it on their enemy. He explained: “In Special War, certain acts of sabotage are staged and blamed on the enemy to increase public resistance. We did this on Cyprus; we even burnt down a mosque.” In response to the surprised correspondent’s incredulous look the general said, “I am giving an example”.
(20) A declassified 1973 CIA document reveals a program to train foreign police and troops on how to make booby traps, pretending that they were training them on how to investigate terrorist acts:
The Agency maintains liaison in varying degrees with foreign police/security organizations through its field stations ….
[CIA provides training sessions as follows:]
a. Providing trainees with basic knowledge in the uses of commercial and military demolitions and incendiaries as they may be applied in terrorism and industrial sabotage operations.
b. Introducing the trainees to commercially available materials and home laboratory techniques, likely to he used in the manufacture of explosives and incendiaries by terrorists or saboteurs.
c. Familiarizing the trainees with the concept of target analysis and operational planningthat a saboteur or terrorist must employ.

(25) The United States Army’s 1994 publication Special Forces Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces – updated in 2004 – recommends employing terrorists and using false flag operations to destabilize leftist regimes in Latin America. False flag terrorist attacks were carried out in Latin America and other regions as part of the CIA’s “Dirty Wars“. And see this.
(26) Similarly, a CIA “psychological operations” manual prepared by a CIA contractor for the Nicaraguan Contra rebels noted the value of assassinating someone on your own side to create a “martyr” for the cause. The manual was authenticated by the U.S. government. The manual received so much publicity from Associated Press, Washington Post and other news coverage that – during the 1984 presidential debate – President Reagan was confronted with the following question on national television:
At this moment, we are confronted with the extraordinary story of a CIA guerrilla manual for the anti-Sandinista contras whom we are backing, which advocates not only assassinations of Sandinistas but the hiring of criminals to assassinate the guerrillas we are supporting in order to create martyrs.
(27) An Indonesian fact-finding team investigated violent riots which occurred in 1998, and determined that “elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked”.
(28) Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers admit that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings in 1999 and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see this report and this discussion).
(29) As reported by BBC, the New York Times, and Associated Press, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the “war on terror”.
(30) At the July 2001 G8 Summit in Genoa, Italy, black-clad thugs were videotaped getting out of police cars, and were seen by an Italian MP carrying “iron bars inside the police station”. Subsequently, senior police officials in Genoa subsequently admitted that police planted two Molotov cocktails and faked the stabbing of a police officer at the G8 Summit, in order to justify aviolent crackdown against protesters.
(31) The U.S. falsely blamed Iraq for playing a role in the 9/11 attacks – as shown by a memo from the defense secretary – as one of the main justifications for launching the Iraq war. Even after the 9/11 Commission admitted that there was no connection, Dick Cheney said that the evidence is “overwhelming” that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein’s regime, that Cheney “probably” had information unavailable to the Commission, and that the media was not ‘doing their homework’ in reporting such ties. Top U.S. government officials now admit that the Iraq war was really launched for oil … not 9/11 or weapons of mass destruction. Despite previous “lone wolf” claims, many U.S. government officials now say that 9/11 was state-sponsored terror; but Iraq wasnot the state which backed the hijackers. (Many U.S. officials have alleged that 9/11 was a false flag operation by rogue elements of the U.S. government; but such a claim is beyond the scope of this discussion. The key point is that the U.S. falsely blamed it on Iraq, when it knew Iraq had nothing to do with it.).
(32) Although the FBI now admits that the 2001 anthrax attacks were carried out by one or more U.S. government scientists, a senior FBI official says that the FBI was actually told to blame the Anthrax attacks on Al Qaeda by White House officials (remember what the anthrax letters looked like). Government officials also confirm that the white House tried to link the anthrax to Iraq as a justification for regime change in that country.
(33) According to the Washington Post, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.
(34) The well-respected former Indonesian president also admits that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings.
(35) Police outside of a 2003 European Union summit in Greece were filmed planting Molotov cocktails on a peaceful protester
(36) Former Department of Justice lawyer John Yoo suggested in 2005 that the US should go on the offensive against al-Qaeda, having “our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps, and fundraising operations. It could launch fake terrorist operations and claim credit for real terrorist strikes, helping to sow confusion within al-Qaeda’s ranks, causing operatives to doubt others’ identities and to question the validity of communications.”
(37) Similarly, in 2005, Professor John Arquilla of the Naval Postgraduate School – a renowned US defense analyst credited with developing the concept of ‘netwar’ – called for western intelligence services to create new “pseudo gang” terrorist groups, as a way of undermining “real” terror networks. According to Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist Seymour Hersh, Arquilla’s ‘pseudo-gang’ strategy was, Hersh reported, already being implemented by the Pentagon:
“Under Rumsfeld’s new approach, I was told, US military operatives would be permitted to pose abroad as corrupt foreign businessmen seeking to buy contraband items that could be used in nuclear-weapons systems. In some cases, according to the Pentagon advisers,local citizens could be recruited and asked to join up with guerrillas or terrorists…
The new rules will enable the Special Forces community to set up what it calls ‘action teams’ in the target countries overseas which can be used to find and eliminate terrorist organizations. ‘Do you remember the right-wing execution squads in El Salvador?’ the former high-level intelligence official asked me, referring to the military-led gangs that committed atrocities in the early nineteen-eighties. ‘We founded them and we financed them,’ he said. ‘The objective now is to recruit locals in any area we want. And we aren’t going to tell Congress about it.’ A former military officer, who has knowledge of the Pentagon’s commando capabilities, said, ‘We’re going to be riding with the bad boys.’”
(38) United Press International reported in June 2005:
U.S. intelligence officers are reporting that some of the insurgents in Iraq are using recent-model Beretta 92 pistols, but the pistols seem to have had their serial numbers erased. The numbers do not appear to have been physically removed; the pistols seem to have come off a production line without any serial numbers. Analysts suggest the lack of serial numbers indicates that the weapons were intended for intelligence operations or terrorist cells with substantial government backing. Analysts speculate that these guns are probably from either Mossad or the CIA. Analysts speculate that agent provocateurs may be using the untraceable weapons even as U.S. authorities use insurgent attacks against civilians as evidence of the illegitimacy of the resistance.

(41) A 2008 US Army special operations field manual recommends that the U.S. military use surrogate non-state groups such as “paramilitary forces, individuals, businesses, foreign political organizations, resistant or insurgent organizations, expatriates, transnational terrorism adversaries, disillusioned transnational terrorism members, black marketers, and other social or political ‘undesirables.’” The manual specifically acknowledged that U.S. special operations can involve both counterterrorism and “Terrorism” (as well as “transnational criminal activities, including narco-trafficking, illicit arms-dealing, and illegal financial transactions.”)
(42) The former head of Secret Services and Head of State of Italy (Francesco Cossiga) advisedthe 2008 minister in charge of the police, on how to deal with protests from teachers and students:
He should do what I did when I was Minister of the Interior … infiltrate the movement with agents provocateurs inclined to do anything …. And after that, with the strength of the gained population consent, … beat them for blood and beat for blood also those teachers that incite them. Especially the teachers. Not the elderly, of course, but the girl teachers yes.

(45) Rioters who discredited the peaceful protests against the swearing in of the Mexican president in 2012 admitted that they were paid 300 pesos each to destroy everything in their path. According to Wikipedia, photos also show the vandals waiting in groups behind police lines prior to the violence.
(46) A Colombian army colonel has admitted that his unit murdered 57 civilians, then dressed them in uniforms and claimed they were rebels killed in combat.
(47) On November 20, 2014, Mexican agent provocateurs were transported by army vehicles to participate in the 2014 Iguala mass kidnapping protests, as was shown by videos and pictures distributed via social networks.
(48) The highly-respected writer for the Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard says that the head of Saudi intelligence – Prince Bandar – recently admitted that the Saudi government controls “Chechen” terrorists.
(49) High-level American sources admitted that the Turkish government – a fellow NATO country – carried out the chemical weapons attacks blamed on the Syrian government; and high-ranking Turkish government admitted on tape plans to carry out attacks and blame it on the Syrian government.
(50) The Ukrainian security chief admits that the sniper attacks which started the Ukrainian coup were carried out in order to frame others. Ukrainian officials admit that the Ukrainian snipers fired on both sides, to create maximum chaos.
(51) Britain’s spy agency has admitted (and see this) that it carries out “digital false flag” attacks on targets, framing people by writing offensive or unlawful material … and blaming it on the target.
(52) U.S. soldiers have admitted that if they kill innocent Iraqis and Afghanis, they then “drop” automatic weapons near their body so they can pretend they were militants

In police jargon, a throwdown is a weapon planted on a victim.
Newsweek reported in 1999:
Perez, himself a former [Los Angeles Police Department] cop, was caught stealing eight pounds of cocaine from police evidence lockers. After pleading guilty in September, he bargained for a lighter sentence by telling an appalling story of attempted murder and a“throwdown”–police slang for a weapon planted by cops to make a shooting legally justifiable. Perez said he and his partner, Officer Nino Durden, shot an unarmed 18th Street Gang member named Javier Ovando, then planted a semiautomatic rifle on the unconscious suspect and claimed that Ovando had tried to shoot them during a stakeout.

As part of his plea bargain, Pérez implicated scores of officers from the Rampart Division’s anti-gang unit, describing routinely beating gang members, planting evidence on suspects, falsifying reports and covering up unprovoked shootings.
(As a side note – and while not technically false flag attacks – police have been busted framing innocent people in many other ways, as well.)

Payback for centuries of colonialism and “The War on former colonies”.
The news electrifying the World at this very moment is the on-going simultaneous attacks at at least a dozen points in Paris that reports and Internet rumours now being texted to us say have killed from at least 120 people as BBC reports to an SMS message to me from an ambassador of a Middle Eastern country stating that the casualties have now reached over 250.
Reports from the international news agencies are focusing the Bataclan concert hall which informs readers of numerous deaths at that hall that can seat 1,500. The other places marked on a map shown in a BBC report names the other places: Stade de France, Belle Equipe bar, Petit Cambodge restaurant, Le Carillon bar, La Casa Nostra.
One indication that may point to the motives is the comment barked by one of the assailants at the Bataclan concert hall to the victims, “It’s Hollande’s fault, he shouldn’t have intervened in Syria”. But one has to be careful jumping to conclusions pointing the finger at any one of the following “logical suspect” because that logic itself may be the hidden agenda of the dastardly incident.
Reviewing the statement shouted at the victims one may be immediately tempted to conclude: a) it’s ISIS; b) its Syrian President Assad’s loyalists; 3) it’s some other terror groups; it’s all of the above. The ISIS did warn months before, especially during the Charie Hebdo aftermath that they’d wage a terror campaign in France in particular and Europe in general. But for “intervening in Syria” one can suspects that it may be a revenge from Assad’s forces.
Before making any conclusion please read article below that advices one and all to consider the possibility that this was done by those who want to justify intensification of attacks on Assad and imposition of a “no fly zone” (ala Libya) against Assad (and therefore against the Russians, Iranians, Hezbollah now helping Assad) and even bombing runs against Assad’s forces.
But whatever we will find in the next few days behind this latest world-shocking World atrocity I believe it is justifiable to believe that all these is payback for the centuries of the violence of European and American colonial and imperialist mass violence against Third World nations which became resurgent after the 2001 “false flag” attack on 9/11 on the World Trade Towers which the U.S. war-mongering elite factions used to launched a resurgence of imperialist attacks on them under the guise of the “War on Terror”.
This has to be tied to the million-strong surge of refugees and migrants from the Third World nations’ victims of the “War on Terror” now swamping Europe from Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen which have all been pushed to destruction by U.S.-Nato attacks the past decade and a half. At the same time this can be seen as payback for continuing sycophancy to U.S.-Nato domination of European policy even when it is clearly undermining European long term social cohesion and stability.
It may be too late for Europe to see that they should never have accepted to join any of the U.S. led “anti-terror” campaigns destroying the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries and instead took its own direction of “prospering their neighbours in MENA. Now the impoverished, hopeless neighbours destroyed by the U.S.-Nato wars are pouring into Europe – including certainly thousands of families who have lost loved ones back home and harbouring hatreds waiting to erupt.
The U.S. war faction spread the disease of internecine hatred and fanatical factionalism all over the World’s neighbourhoods, especially on the Eurasian continent where every country and religion is interconnected. The U.S. however is insulated from all that by the two moats around the U.S. of A., the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. They’re behind the chaos around the World believing they are insulated after all.
Only the countries and nations of the Eurasian continent understand that the entire neighbourhood most prosper and be safe and secure for any one country or nation to be secure, peaceful and enjoy uninterrupted harmony. The First Question to Ask After Any Terror Attack: Was It a False Flag?

(1) Japanese troops set off a small explosion on a train track in 1931, and falsely blamed it on China in order to justify an invasion of Manchuria. This is known as the “Mukden Incident” or the “Manchurian Incident”. The Tokyo International Military Tribunal found: “Several of the participators in the plan, including Hashimoto [a high-ranking Japanese army officer], have on various occasions admitted their part in the plot and have stated that the object of the ‘Incident’ was to afford an excuse for the occupation of Manchuria by the Kwantung Army ….” And see this.
(2) A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland.
(3) Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building in 1933, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson.
(4) Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 – while blaming the attack on Finland – as a basis for launching the “Winter War” against Finland. Russian president Boris Yeltsin agreed that Russia had been the aggressor in the Winter War.
(5) The Russian Parliament, current Russian president Putin and former Soviet leader Gorbachev all admit that Soviet leader Joseph Stalin ordered his secret police to execute 22,000 Polish army officers and civilians in 1940, and then falsely blamed it on the Nazis.
(6) The British government admits that – between 1946 and 1948 – it bombed 5 ships carrying Jews attempting to flee the Holocaust to seek safety in Palestine, set up a fake group called “Defenders of Arab Palestine”, and then had the psuedo-group falsely claim responsibility for the bombings (and see this, this and this).
(7) Israel admits that in 1954, an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind “evidence” implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this).
(8) The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950′s to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister.
(9) The Turkish Prime Minister admitted that the Turkish government carried out the 1955 bombing on a Turkish consulate in Greece – also damaging the nearby birthplace of the founder of modern Turkey – and blamed it on Greece, for the purpose of inciting and justifying anti-Greek violence.
(10) The British Prime Minister admitted to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change.
(11) The former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the former head of Italian counterintelligence admit that NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people’s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism. As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated: “You had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. (25) The United States Army’s 1994 publication Special Forces Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces – updated in 2004 – recommends employing terrorists and using false flag operations to destabilize leftist regimes in Latin America. False flag terrorist attacks were carried out in Latin America and other regions as part of the CIA’s “Dirty Wars“. And see this.
(26) Similarly, a CIA “psychological operations” manual prepared by a CIA contractor for the Nicaraguan Contra rebels noted the value of assassinating someone on your own side to create a “martyr” for the cause. The manual was authenticated by the U.S. government. The manual received so much publicity from Associated Press, Washington Post and other news coverage that – during the 1984 presidential debate – President Reagan was confronted with the following question on national television:
At this moment, we are confronted with the extraordinary story of a CIA guerrilla manual for the anti-Sandinista contras whom we are backing, which advocates not only assassinations of Sandinistas but the hiring of criminals to assassinate the guerrillas we are supporting in order to create martyrs.
(27) An Indonesian fact-finding team investigated violent riots which occurred in 1998, and determined that “elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked”.
(28) Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers admit that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings in 1999 and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see this report and this discussion).
(29) As reported by BBC, the New York Times, and Associated Press, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the “war on terror”.
(30) At the July 2001 G8 Summit in Genoa, Italy, black-clad thugs were videotaped getting out of police cars, and were seen by an Italian MP carrying “iron bars inside the police station”. Subsequently, senior police officials in Genoa subsequently admitted that police planted two Molotov cocktails and faked the stabbing of a police officer at the G8 Summit, in order to justify aviolent crackdown against protesters.
(31) The U.S. falsely blamed Iraq for playing a role in the 9/11 attacks – as shown by a memo from the defense secretary – as one of the main justifications for launching the Iraq war. Even after the 9/11 Commission admitted that there was no connection, Dick Cheney said that the evidence is “overwhelming” that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein’s regime, that Cheney “probably” had information unavailable to the Commission, and that the media was not ‘doing their homework’ in reporting such ties. Top U.S. government officials now admit that the Iraq war was really launched for oil … not 9/11 or weapons of mass destruction. Despite previous “lone wolf” claims, many U.S. government officials now say that 9/11 was state-sponsored terror; but Iraq wasnot the state which backed the hijackers. (Many U.S. officials have alleged that 9/11 was a false flag operation by rogue elements of the U.S. government; but such a claim is beyond the scope of this discussion. The key point is that the U.S. falsely blamed it on Iraq, when it knew Iraq had nothing to do with it.).
(32) Although the FBI now admits that the 2001 anthrax attacks were carried out by one or more U.S. government scientists, a senior FBI official says that the FBI was actually told to blame the Anthrax attacks on Al Qaeda by White House officials (remember what the anthrax letters looked like). Government officials also confirm that the white House tried to link the anthrax to Iraq as a justification for regime change in that country.
(33) According to the Washington Post, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.
(34) The well-respected former Indonesian president also admits that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings.
(35) Police outside of a 2003 European Union summit in Greece were filmed planting Molotov cocktails on a peaceful protester
(36) Former Department of Justice lawyer John Yoo suggested in 2005 that the US should go on the offensive against al-Qaeda, having “our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps, and fundraising operations. It could launch fake terrorist operations and claim credit for real terrorist strikes, helping to sow confusion within al-Qaeda’s ranks, causing operatives to doubt others’ identities and to question the validity of communications.”
(37) Similarly, in 2005, Professor John Arquilla of the Naval Postgraduate School – a renowned US defense analyst credited with developing the concept of ‘netwar’ – called for western intelligence services to create new “pseudo gang” terrorist groups, as a way of undermining “real” terror networks. According to Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist Seymour Hersh, Arquilla’s ‘pseudo-gang’ strategy was, Hersh reported, already being implemented by the Pentagon:
“Under Rumsfeld’s new approach, I was told, US military operatives would be permitted to pose abroad as corrupt foreign businessmen seeking to buy contraband items that could be used in nuclear-weapons systems. In some cases, according to the Pentagon advisers,local citizens could be recruited and asked to join up with guerrillas or terrorists…
The new rules will enable the Special Forces community to set up what it calls ‘action teams’ in the target countries overseas which can be used to find and eliminate terrorist organizations. ‘Do you remember the right-wing execution squads in El Salvador?’ the former high-level intelligence official asked me, referring to the military-led gangs that committed atrocities in the early nineteen-eighties. ‘We founded them and we financed them,’ he said. ‘The objective now is to recruit locals in any area we want. And we aren’t going to tell Congress about it.’ A former military officer, who has knowledge of the Pentagon’s commando capabilities, said, ‘We’re going to be riding with the bad boys.’”
(38) United Press International reported in June 2005:
U.S. intelligence officers are reporting that some of the insurgents in Iraq are using recent-model Beretta 92 pistols, but the pistols seem to have had their serial numbers erased. The numbers do not appear to have been physically removed; the pistols seem to have come off a production line without any serial numbers. Analysts suggest the lack of serial numbers indicates that the weapons were intended for intelligence operations or terrorist cells with substantial government backing. Analysts speculate that these guns are probably from either Mossad or the CIA. Analysts speculate that agent provocateurs may be using the untraceable weapons even as U.S. authorities use insurgent attacks against civilians as evidence of the illegitimacy of the resistance.
(39) Undercover Israeli soldiers admitted in 2005 to throwing stones at other Israeli soldiers so they could blame it on Palestinians, as an excuse to crack down on peaceful protests by the Palestinians.

(41) A 2008 US Army special operations field manual recommends that the U.S. military use surrogate non-state groups such as “paramilitary forces, individuals, businesses, foreign political organizations, resistant or insurgent organizations, expatriates, transnational terrorism adversaries, disillusioned transnational terrorism members, black marketers, and other social or political ‘undesirables.’” The manual specifically acknowledged that U.S. special operations can involve both counterterrorism and “Terrorism” (as well as “transnational criminal activities, including narco-trafficking, illicit arms-dealing, and illegal financial transactions.”)
(42) The former head of Secret Services and Head of State of Italy (Francesco Cossiga) advisedthe 2008 minister in charge of the police, on how to deal with protests from teachers and students:
He should do what I did when I was Minister of the Interior … infiltrate the movement with agents provocateurs inclined to do anything …. And after that, with the strength of the gained population consent, … beat them for blood and beat for blood also those teachers that incite them. Especially the teachers. Not the elderly, of course, but the girl teachers yes.
(43) At the G20 protests in London in 2009, a British member of parliament saw plain clothes police officers attempting to incite the crowd to violence.
(44) Egyptian politicians admitted (and see this) that government employees looted priceless museum artifacts in 2011 to try to discredit the protesters.
(45) Rioters who discredited the peaceful protests against the swearing in of the Mexican president in 2012 admitted that they were paid 300 pesos each to destroy everything in their path. According to Wikipedia, photos also show the vandals waiting in groups behind police lines prior to the violence.
(46) A Colombian army colonel has admitted that his unit murdered 57 civilians, then dressed them in uniforms and claimed they were rebels killed in combat.
(47) On November 20, 2014, Mexican agent provocateurs were transported by army vehicles to participate in the 2014 Iguala mass kidnapping protests, as was shown by videos and pictures distributed via social networks.
(48) The highly-respected writer for the Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard says that the head of Saudi intelligence – Prince Bandar – recently admitted that the Saudi government controls “Chechen” terrorists.
(49) High-level American sources admitted that the Turkish government – a fellow NATO country – carried out the chemical weapons attacks blamed on the Syrian government; and high-ranking Turkish government admitted on tape plans to carry out attacks and blame it on the Syrian government.
(50) The Ukrainian security chief admits that the sniper attacks which started the Ukrainian coup were carried out in order to frame others. Ukrainian officials admit that the Ukrainian snipers fired on both sides, to create maximum chaos.
(51) Britain’s spy agency has admitted (and see this) that it carries out “digital false flag” attacks on targets, framing people by writing offensive or unlawful material … and blaming it on the target.
(52) U.S. soldiers have admitted that if they kill innocent Iraqis and Afghanis, they then “drop” automatic weapons near their body so they can pretend they were militants
(53) Similarly, police frame innocent people for crimes they didn’t commit. The practice is so well-known that the New York Times noted in 1981:
In police jargon, a throwdown is a weapon planted on a victim.
Newsweek reported in 1999:
Perez, himself a former [Los Angeles Police Department] cop, was caught stealing eight pounds of cocaine from police evidence lockers. After pleading guilty in September, he bargained for a lighter sentence by telling an appalling story of attempted murder and a“throwdown”–police slang for a weapon planted by cops to make a shooting legally justifiable. Perez said he and his partner, Officer Nino Durden, shot an unarmed 18th Street Gang member named Javier Ovando, then planted a semiautomatic rifle on the unconscious suspect and claimed that Ovando had tried to shoot them during a stakeout.
Wikipedia notes:
As part of his plea bargain, Pérez implicated scores of officers from the Rampart Division’s anti-gang unit, describing routinely beating gang members, planting evidence on suspects, falsifying reports and covering up unprovoked shootings.
(As a side note – and while not technically false flag attacks – police have been busted framing innocent people in many other ways, as well.)
(54) A former U.S. intelligence officer recently alleged:

First thing on our agenda, as every morning, is our 30 minute exercise. AT least 20 to 30 minutes of Intermittent High Intensity Treadmill walk and run, then one set of declined bench press with 60 lbs. weights. For a 64- year old that shouldn’t be too bad – and I feel extremely good about it. Fasting blood sugar at 105 mg/dL is great, without any medication but with one Chromium Picolinate supplement right after a moderate meal but with several teaspoons of leche flan last night; so I’m in good shape as I rev up for the day.
First observation on our newspaper headlines for today is the Inquirer attempt at misleading the headlining scanning public, and even if one reads through its “Sea rows still top US agenda, US B-52 bombers fly close to China man-made islands” but without the critical eye the subterfuge may still be missed.
The first impression a cursory viewer of the headline would have is the disruptive possibility that the “China Sea” controversy may be raised by the U.S. at the APEC Leaders’ Summit next week despite the Philippines’ commitment to keep the issue out of the purely economic summit. That, I believe, will be the impression left on most cursory scanners of the report and propaganda points against China would have been achieved.
Only by reading through the details does one get to realize that the headline and report is about an entirely different set of events where the discussion of the China Sea issue is always tackled, here the relevant portion with our underscoring:
The Inquirer report is attributed to “Reports for AFP (Agence France Presse)” so nobody can be identified who culled the reports and be questioned as to how this item was put together. So, fellow critical news readers, beware of the Inquirer and the U.S.’s Asia-destabilizing news reports. ###
Two Reports in the Making.
We are preparing several reports that will take a little bit of time writing, These are: 1) The Binondo Heritage Foundation history lecture from the wise and very senior Mr. Cua Ching Tam, a Filipino-Chinese award winning author of short stories.
Mr. Cua resides in Quezon City and was invited to share his historical and personal experiences living as an expat in the Philippines and seeing his sense of being an “alien” watching his first Flores de Mayo when he arrived in this country over sixty years ago until now watching his children grapple with questions like “If there is war between China and the Philippines, which side would one take.”, and advising his son to “of course defend the Philippines”. But there, of course, there will be no war as that is only the wish of the Western Power and not any of the Asian neighbors.
By the way, Mr. Cua is also the very
person who clarified to the audience at the Binondo Heritage Foundation
discussion that Spain would have left the Philippines as a colony if not for
the profitable link established by Miguel Lopez de Legaspi between the Ancient
Maritime Silk Road and the Galleon Trade (Acapulco Trade) in which the latter
generated profits for Spain using Manila as transhipment for Porcelain, Silk
and Tea from China which was 90% of the trade. More on this in the report to
come.
Amb. “Bert” Encomienda is one of the unknown soldier of the Department of Foreign Affairs who has dedicated a lifetime to serving the Republic through implementation of its foreign policies. After close to forty years of service Bert went into retirement visualizing a life of a gentleman-farmer.
However, after watching how the China Sea issues have been so distorted by some prominent and statured individuals that are highlighted by mainstream media, Amb. Encomienda was stirred by such revulsion and impassioned to come out of retirement an start engaging the issues on the China Sea matters again.
Amb. Encomienda has written a
book entitled “The South China Sea Issues and Related Core Interests of the
Philippines”. It’s a 90-page folio book which if in pocket size would be at
least 200 pages. It’s seven parts consists of discussion of the legal,
political and geopolitical issues, making powerful points that demolishes the
arguments presented by the “anti-dialogue” elements of some groups advocating acrimonious
litigation of the China Sea disputes instead of continuing harmonious bilateral
talks that have solved even the most contentious disputes between China and
India, China and Vietname (ex. Land border and Gulf of Tonkin demarcation).
Amb. Encomienda’s book was
published with financial contributions fo his children, but we hope to help him
publish more copies after his updating of some aspects, and serialize the book
in this and other blogs and websites.

China will not back down against the U.S.

The following is a MUST READ article from Chinese-American Frank Li, a businessman, engineer and established political analyst-writer who’s been called “a modern-day Thomas Jefferson” according to a brief Amazon books bio. Among his writing are two books “Saving America, Chinese Style” and “The GOP Bible for 2016”. The latter book, from its cover, appears to advice the Grand Old Party or the Republic Party Li advises to reject Democratic Socialism as well as Democratic Imperialism and offer “full blown capitalism with affordable democracy” – whatever that means. We still have to save up the $ 10 plus freight for it, if at all.
Mr. Frank Li’s article below narrates a conversation between two hawks, one American and the other Chinese. After reading it one should be able to imagine what will happen to the Philippines to a hundred million Filipinos as a major conflict starts between the two nuclear powers. The Philippines has been led right up to becoming the U.S.’s first cannon fodder with the imminent approval of the EDCA (Enhanced Defence Cooperation Agreement) by the Philippine Supreme Court and, after horse-trading with the U.S. by the Philippine Senate. It’s up to the Filipino people to realize that there’s no escaping obliteration if we all, together, don’t help one another to stop the U.S. provocations.

Don't Mess with Nuclear-Armed China!

In response to the recent U.S. hostility (e.g. Ukraine), Russian President Putin famously said: Vladimir Putin: Don’t mess with nuclear-armed Russia. No Chinese leader has publicly taken a similar position, yet, despite the recent U.S. provocative actions (U.S. warship sails close to Chinese artificial island on South China Sea). But as a Chinese-American, I must warn my fellow Americans now: don’t mess with nuclear-armed China!
1. South China Sea
Simply
put, China’s actions (e.g. building on uninhabited islands) are
questionable, but America’s actions (e.g. sending warships there) are
utterly provocative!
Here is an excerpt from a recent news story (South China Sea: Beijing 'not frightened' to fight a war after US move):
China is not afraid of fighting a war against the United States in the South China Sea, a state-run newspaper with links to the Communist party has claimed.
Is there any truth to China's "not afraid" claim? Yes - Perhaps they are that foolish!
2. A rumored conversation between China and America
I
was in China October 16-26, during which I heard a rumored conversation
between a hawkish Chinese general and a hawkish American general as
follows:
Chinese General (CG): If your ship comes all the way to the South China Sea to challenge us, we would respond.
American General (AG): How?
CG: If your ship comes into our waters, we will sink it.
AG: If you fire at our ship, we will destroy your entire Navy. Don't you think we can do that?
CG:
Yes, you can! But we will then launch missiles to wipe out all your
military bases in Asia and sink all your aircraft carriers in the
Pacific Ocean. Don't you think we can do that?
AG: Um ...
CG: I take that as "Yes". What would you do then? Nuke us?
AG: Well, we may ...
CG:
Well, you may have enough nuclear war-heads to blow up the earth
several times over, but we have enough to blow America up several times
over! We think that's a good enough deterrent - Don't you agree?
If
this rumored conversation were real, would it make sense to you? If
yes, why should America go all the way to the South China Sea to play

profoundly, why is America’s foreign policy, from the Middle East to
Ukraine and to the South China Sea, so poorly thought out and
self-destructive? Blame democracy, as we practice it today! Three
informative readings:
The
simple truth is that despite America's strong self-assurances, we have
not truly been the only super-power on earth since 1991, when the Cold
War ended! Two points:
Militarily, Russia has been just as powerful and dangerous as the USSR was throughout the Cold War. For more, read: Russia Now Has More Deployed Nuclear Warheads than the U.S.
Economically,
China has been dramatically advancing over the past few decades, and is
well on her way to unseating us as the largest economy on earth by
2030, with no end in sight.
Beyond Russia and China, do we not already have enough international problems, from ISIS to the Guantanamo Bay detention camp?
Is the South China Sea really a matter of national security for
America? Will this be another failure in America’s containment strategy
against China as in the case of the AIIB (For America, AIIB and Ukraine Are Related!)? A bluff is a dangerous tactic, if it comes to actually fulfilling it!
The recently strengthened Russia-China alliance will prove to be a nightmare for America (America vs. the World), but America, in her arrogance, seems blissfully unaware of it!
4. A simple analogy
Here
is a simple analogy for my fellow Americans: treating the “disputed”
islands in the South China Sea together as Crimea, and expecting China’s
position similar to Russia’s, accordingly. Our response should
therefore be accordingly, too - nothing! Why? Because anything more than
nothing would be MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction)!
In
short, do not interfere in the South China Sea! Instead, let the
affected people work out their differences, over time, in their own way.
